Privacy policy

We may collect your name, email address, account identifier, selected account role, profile and verification details, trip requests, offers, bookings, messages, reviews, device information and support communications.

When you sign in with Google or ChatGPT, the identity provider shares the basic account information you approve. We do not receive your provider password.

Payment and payout providers process card, bank and identity-verification information under their own privacy terms. RoamBid may store provider references and payment status, but does not store complete card numbers or security codes.

We use information to operate accounts, match trip requests with suppliers, process bookings, prevent fraud, provide support, improve the service, enforce our terms and comply with legal obligations.

We share only the information needed with the traveler or supplier involved in a request or booking. Direct contact details are intended to unlock after an offer is accepted. We may also use hosting, authentication, analytics, payment, communications and security providers, or disclose information when legally required.

We keep information for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal or financial obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, subject to legal retention requirements. You may also disconnect an identity provider or stop using the service.

RoamBid is designed for international travelers and suppliers. Information may therefore be processed outside your country, subject to the safeguards required by applicable law.
