1. Who is responsible
TripBidTravel, also presented under the RoamBid product name, determines how marketplace information is used. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to etledri1998@gmail.com. Formal operator and registration details will be displayed before paid transactions are activated.
2. Information we collect
We collect account identifiers, name, email, selected role, language, telephone number, supplier business profile, trip requests, private offers, bookings, messages, cancellation records, reports, reviews, support communications and technical security records. Google or ChatGPT shares only the account information approved during sign-in; TripBidTravel does not receive the provider password.
3. Supplier verification and insurance documents
Suppliers may upload government identification or passport, driver or guide licence, business or tourism licence, insurance evidence and vehicle or boat registration. These documents are sensitive. They are stored in private object storage, are not published, and may be accessed only by authorized administrators and service providers who need them for verification, fraud prevention, safety or legal compliance. Administrative access is restricted by role and should be logged and reviewed. Documents are deleted or access-restricted when no longer reasonably needed, subject to fraud, dispute and legal-retention requirements. A platform review records the evidence submitted at that time; it does not guarantee that an insurance policy remains valid, covers a particular traveler or activity, or will pay a claim. Travelers should ask the supplier directly for the current coverage information needed for their own booking decision.
4. Payments
Payment and payout providers process card, bank, identity and transaction information under their own notices. TripBidTravel may retain customer and supplier references, amounts, payment status, refund status and dispute evidence, but must not store complete card numbers or card security codes.
5. Why information is used
Information is used to create and secure accounts, operate requests and private offers, form and manage bookings, enable messages, calculate cancellation rules, verify suppliers, publish verified-booking reviews, investigate reports, prevent abuse, provide support, enforce the Terms and comply with tax, accounting, consumer-protection and legal obligations. Processing may rely on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests, consent where required and protection of users or the public.
6. Sharing
Information is shared only as needed with the traveler or supplier involved in a request or booking and with hosting, authentication, storage, email, analytics, payment, identity-verification, security, customer-support and professional advisers. Information may also be disclosed to regulators, courts, emergency services or law enforcement where required or necessary to protect rights and safety. TripBidTravel does not sell personal information.
7. International processing
Travelers, suppliers and technology providers may be located in different countries, including Thailand, Israel, Japan, the United States and other hosting locations. Information may therefore cross borders. Where applicable law requires it, TripBidTravel will use an appropriate transfer mechanism, such as approved standard contractual clauses or an equivalent lawful safeguard, together with vendor data-processing terms and technical and organizational controls.
8. Retention and deletion
Account and booking records are retained while the account is active and afterward as needed for safety, disputes, fraud prevention, tax, accounting and legal requirements. Verification documents are reviewed periodically and deleted or restricted when no longer required. Rejected or expired documents may be retained for a limited period to prevent repeated fraud. Deletion requests are subject to mandatory retention and active dispute requirements.
9. Security and incidents
TripBidTravel uses access controls, private storage, authenticated server endpoints, file type and size limits, and restricted administrator actions. No online system is completely secure. If a breach creates a legally reportable risk, affected people and regulators will be notified as required. Users should use a unique password and report suspected account misuse.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. You may complain to the relevant privacy authority. Requests may require identity verification and can be sent to the contact address above.
11. Children, cookies, privacy contact and changes
The service is not intended for people under 20 in Thailand or people who have not reached the applicable minimum age elsewhere. Essential storage is used for sign-in, security, language and installation behavior. Non-essential advertising or analytics cookies will require any consent mandated by law before activation. If applicable law requires appointment of a data protection officer, the officer’s contact details will be published; until then, privacy requests should be sent to the contact address above. Material policy changes may require renewed acceptance.

3. เอกสารยืนยันผู้ให้บริการและประกัน
ผู้ให้บริการอาจอัปโหลดบัตรประจำตัวหรือหนังสือเดินทาง ใบขับขี่หรือใบอนุญาตไกด์ ทะเบียนธุรกิจหรือใบอนุญาตท่องเที่ยว หลักฐานประกัน และทะเบียนรถหรือเรือ เอกสารเหล่านี้เป็นข้อมูลละเอียดอ่อน จัดเก็บในพื้นที่ส่วนตัว ไม่เผยแพร่ และเข้าถึงได้เฉพาะผู้ดูแลและผู้ให้บริการที่จำเป็นต่อการตรวจสอบ ป้องกันการฉ้อโกง ความปลอดภัย หรือการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย การเข้าถึงของผู้ดูแลจำกัดตามหน้าที่และควรมีบันทึกเพื่อตรวจสอบ เอกสารจะถูกลบหรือจำกัดการเข้าถึงเมื่อไม่จำเป็น เว้นแต่ต้องเก็บเพื่อป้องกันการฉ้อโกง ข้อพิพาท หรือกฎหมาย การตรวจของแพลตฟอร์มไม่รับประกันว่ากรมธรรม์ยังมีผล ครอบคลุมกิจกรรม หรือจะจ่ายค่าสินไหม

ข้อมูลใช้เพื่อสร้างและรักษาความปลอดภัยบัญชี ดำเนินคำขอและข้อเสนอ จัดการการจอง เปิดข้อความ คำนวณการยกเลิก ตรวจสอบผู้ให้บริการ เผยแพร่รีวิวจากการจองจริง ตรวจสอบรายงาน ป้องกันการใช้งานผิด ให้การสนับสนุน บังคับใช้ข้อกำหนด และปฏิบัติตามภาษี บัญชี การคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค และกฎหมาย
6. การเปิดเผยข้อมูล
ข้อมูลจะแชร์เท่าที่จำเป็นกับนักท่องเที่ยวหรือผู้ให้บริการที่เกี่ยวข้อง และกับผู้ให้บริการโฮสติ้ง การเข้าสู่ระบบ พื้นที่จัดเก็บ อีเมล วิเคราะห์ การชำระเงิน การยืนยันตัวตน ความปลอดภัย ฝ่ายสนับสนุน และที่ปรึกษาวิชาชีพ อาจเปิดเผยต่อหน่วยงาน ศาล หน่วยฉุกเฉิน หรือตำรวจเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนดหรือจำเป็นต่อความปลอดภัย เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
7. การประมวลผลระหว่างประเทศ
นักท่องเที่ยว ผู้ให้บริการ และผู้ให้บริการเทคโนโลยีอาจอยู่คนละประเทศ รวมถึงประเทศไทย อิสราเอล ญี่ปุ่น สหรัฐอเมริกา และสถานที่โฮสติ้งอื่น จึงอาจมีการโอนข้อมูลข้ามพรมแดน เมื่อกฎหมายกำหนด TripBidTravel จะใช้กลไกการโอนที่เหมาะสม เช่น ข้อสัญญามาตรฐานที่ได้รับอนุมัติหรือมาตรการที่เทียบเท่า พร้อมข้อตกลงประมวลผลข้อมูลและมาตรการทางเทคนิคและองค์กร
8. ระยะเวลาจัดเก็บและการลบ
ข้อมูลบัญชีและการจองจะเก็บขณะบัญชีใช้งานและหลังจากนั้นเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อความปลอดภัย ข้อพิพาท การป้องกันฉ้อโกง ภาษี บัญชี และกฎหมาย เอกสารยืนยันจะตรวจทบทวนและลบหรือจำกัดเมื่อไม่จำเป็น คำขอลบอยู่ภายใต้หน้าที่เก็บข้อมูลตามกฎหมายและข้อพิพาทที่ยังดำเนินอยู่
9. ความปลอดภัยและเหตุการณ์
TripBidTravel ใช้การควบคุมการเข้าถึง พื้นที่จัดเก็บส่วนตัว จุดเชื่อมต่อเซิร์ฟเวอร์ที่ต้องยืนยันตัวตน การจำกัดประเภทและขนาดไฟล์ และสิทธิผู้ดูแลที่จำกัด ไม่มีระบบออนไลน์ใดปลอดภัยสมบูรณ์ หากเกิดเหตุที่ต้องแจ้งตามกฎหมาย เราจะแจ้งผู้ได้รับผลกระทบและหน่วยงานตามที่กำหนด
10. สิทธิและทางเลือกของคุณ
ตามกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ คุณอาจขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข ลบ จำกัด โอน หรือคัดค้าน และถอนความยินยอมเมื่อการประมวลผลอาศัยความยินยอม คุณอาจร้องเรียนต่อหน่วยงานคุ้มครองข้อมูล คำขออาจต้องยืนยันตัวตนและส่งได้ที่อีเมลด้านบน
11. เด็ก คุกกี้ ผู้ติดต่อด้านข้อมูล และการเปลี่ยนแปลง
บริการนี้ไม่จัดทำสำหรับผู้มีอายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปีในประเทศไทย หรือผู้ที่ยังไม่ถึงอายุขั้นต่ำตามกฎหมายในประเทศอื่น ใช้พื้นที่จัดเก็บที่จำเป็นสำหรับการเข้าสู่ระบบ ความปลอดภัย ภาษา และการติดตั้ง คุกกี้โฆษณาหรือวิเคราะห์ที่ไม่จำเป็นจะขอความยินยอมตามกฎหมายก่อนเปิดใช้ หากกฎหมายกำหนดให้แต่งตั้งเจ้าหน้าที่คุ้มครองข้อมูล เราจะเผยแพร่รายละเอียดติดต่อ จนกว่าจะถึงเวลานั้นให้ส่งคำขอไปยังอีเมลด้านบน การเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญอาจต้องยอมรับใหม่
