Terms of service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. Supplier accounts may be required to complete identity, business and payout verification before accepting paid bookings.

RoamBid provides a marketplace where travelers request services and independent suppliers submit private offers. Suppliers control their services and are responsible for licences, insurance, safety, taxes, descriptions and performance. RoamBid is not the tour, transport or activity operator.

Travelers must describe requests accurately. Suppliers must quote complete and honest prices and inclusions. A booking becomes binding when the traveler accepts an offer and completes the required reservation or payment step. The applicable cancellation and refund rules must be shown before confirmation.

Available payment methods and RoamBid fees will be displayed before a booking is confirmed. Payment providers may store payment methods securely for future use. If cash is permitted, any disclosed marketplace commission remains payable. Users may not bypass RoamBid to avoid fees on introductions made through the service.

Do not use RoamBid for illegal, fraudulent, unsafe or misleading activity; harassment; spam; fake reviews; price manipulation; or infringement of another person’s rights. Verification and reviews help trust decisions but are not guarantees. Travelers remain responsible for evaluating activities and following local guidance.

We may investigate reports, withhold access, suspend accounts or remove users to protect the marketplace. Booking disputes will be handled under the policy shown at booking and applicable consumer law. Chargebacks or payment disputes may require relevant booking evidence.

The service may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, RoamBid is not responsible for indirect losses or for an independent supplier’s acts, omissions, safety, quality or legal compliance. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
